Growth Accelerator LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Sorpio (sorpio.ai). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and organization details through our authentication provider (Clerk).

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with Sorpio, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.

Prospect Data: Data you import or create about prospects, including names, email addresses, company information, and outreach history.

Connected Accounts: If you connect third-party services (email, LinkedIn, CRM), we store connection tokens and sync relevant data as configured by you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Sorpio platform
  • Process and execute your outreach sequences
  • Generate AI-powered prospect research and personalization
  • Improve our services and develop new features
  • Communicate with you about your account and updates
  • Ensure security and prevent abuse

4. Third-Party Services

Sorpio integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. These include:

  • Clerk — authentication and user management
  • AI providers — for prospect research and message generation (data is processed but not stored by providers)
  • Unipile — processes Gmail and Google Calendar data on our behalf to enable email and calendar integrations
  • CRM integrations — as configured by you for data synchronization

5. Google API Data

When you connect your Google account, Sorpio accesses the following data through Google APIs:

  • Gmail: Email content, recipients, subject lines, attachments, and labels — used to send outreach emails and manage replies on your behalf
  • Google Calendar: Event titles, times, attendees, descriptions, and meeting links — used to check your availability and book meetings with prospects

Google data is processed by Unipile, a third-party service that facilitates our Gmail and Google Calendar integrations.

Sorpio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google data for advertising, do not sell Google data to third parties, and do not use Google data to train AI or machine learning models.

When you disconnect your Google account or request deletion, we remove all Google-sourced data within 30 days.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and prospect data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
