By accessing or using Sorpio (sorpio.ai), operated by Growth Accelerator LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Sorpio is an AI-powered sales development and recruiting platform that provides automated prospecting, outreach sequence management, AI research, and multi-channel communication tools. The platform is provided “as is” during the beta period.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • The accuracy and legality of data you import into the platform

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sorpio to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable communication laws
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Transmit malicious code or attempt to access unauthorized systems
  • Scrape, mine, or collect data in violation of third-party terms
  • Resell or redistribute the platform without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

Sorpio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Growth Accelerator LLC. You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform. By using Sorpio, you grant us a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growth Accelerator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. During the beta period, the service is provided without warranty of any kind.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sorpio at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason during the beta period. You may discontinue use at any time by deleting your account. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
